The effect of veneer quality on the quality of finished shuttering / film coated plywood 1
1.Wood veneer thickness deviation
(1)Due to the uneven thickness of the wood veneer, greater pressure must be used when pressing the veneer to make the veneer surface closely contact, which increases the compression loss of the wood;
(2)The thickness of the veneer has a large deviation, and the plywood will be heated after hot pressing. The compression rate is different everywhere, the strength is different everywhere, and the thickness of the glue layer is not uniform. The plywood has a very high internal stress, which is easy to deform and reduces the shutteing plywood / film coated plywood quality;
(3)the uneven thickness of the veneer brings difficulties to the surface processing of the plywood and is not easy to sand smooth, and increase the machining allowance.
(4)For a whole batch of veneers, if the thickness deviation is too large, it is likely that a batch of products will be scrapped.
