Deviation defects include permanent deformation of the end face due to excessive drying, making the end face larger than the middle and causing wave deformation. The so-called lotus leaf edge, serious lotus leaf edge will produce end surface cracks. If the ratio of morning and evening materials is not appropriate, the fiber gradient in the thickness direction is irregular or the moisture is uneven, it will cause uneven drying speed, resulting in irregular shrinkage, resulting in wavy undulations or warping on the board surface, that is, The so-called wave pattern.
