Hot plate veneer dryer: used for drying the thick veneer manufactured by LVL, usually the roller dryer is used first, and then the hot plate dryer is used. This process can not only ensure the quality of the veneer, but also improve the efficiency of veneer drying. The host structure of the hot plate dryer is basically the same as that of the ordinary plywood hot press machine. In order to shorten the drying time and save drying heat energy, when using a hot plate to dry, in addition to turning on the hot plate at regular intervals (30-40s) to remove water vapor (so it is also called a breathing compressor), there is also a place between the hot plate and the wet veneer. The grooved backing plate and copper mesh (or stainless steel mesh) are designed to better remove water vapor, and the grooved backing plate protects the surface of the hot plate.
