First stage of plywood hot press
This stage is the auxiliary time. In order to improve the productivity and product quality of the hot press, it is required that this stage should be carried out at the fastest speed and the time should be as short as possible. After the slab is loaded into the press, it is not subjected to external pressure. The glue layer near the hot pressing plate heats up very quickly. The slab is also heated without sufficient contact during the closing and boosting stages of the press. If the glue layer is cured in this case. If the adhesive strength of the remaining paint is not achieved, this curing is called premature curing. In order to prevent the adhesive layer from curing prematurely, the loading time should be limited. For the slab composed of 0.5-0.9mm thick veneer, it only takes 40-45s for the adhesive layer to heat up to 100 ℃ near the hot pressing plate, so the general process regulations stipulate that when manufacturing synthetic resin plywood, the first stage time should not exceed 1min. At present, most of the hot press machine used in plywood factories are equipped with loading and unloading machines, quick closing and boosting devices, which can reduce this period of time to 20-30s, thereby ensuring product quality and greatly improving the production efficiency of hot press.
